Mingrun (Dalian) Oil Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise of producing shea butter in China, and is the first domestic supplier of shea butter in the entire chain from raw materials direct purchase, extraction to refining. Mingrun is located in Huayuankou Economic Development Zone, Dalian City, China, on the north shore of the Yellow Sea. The factory covers an area of 18,000 square meters and is equipped with international leading automatic production line for pretreatment, oil extraction, filtration, decolorization and refining, and has established comprehensive technical cooperation with Tsinghua University.
The main products of the company include virgin and refined pure natural shea butter. Mingrun possesses several shea butter raw material bases in Africa, with an annual output of more than 2,000 tons of shea butter. Adopting standardized production technology and scientific management methods, as well as pure natural extraction process, Mingrun is specialized in the production of high-quality products without any additives, and the products have passed multiple tests by national-level professional institutions.

The moisturizing property of shea butter is from about 49.7% of unsaturated fatty acids contained in neutral oil, which are closest to the oils secreted by human skin, therefore, shea butter has good skin permeability；the long-chain saturated fatty acids above carbon-14 contained in the neutral oil in shea butter can form the barrier on the skin
Anti-aging function
Skin aging is also a process of slow oxidation. Shea butter contains more than 4% unsaponifiable matter, of which vitamin E and vitamin A are effective antioxidants, and triterpene esters provide biological activity for skin anti-aging and anti-wrinkle.
Sun-blocking function
Some latex substances in the unsaponifiable matter feature the anti-ultraviolet function. Research shows that the SPF value of pure shea butter is about 2. Using shea butter in sunscreen formula can greatly increase the SPF value of the product due to the synergistic effect.
